In-Person First-time Homebuyer Workshop. Saturday, April 25th 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Completion of certificates will be sent to your lender upon request. The workshop has a cost of $25 per household.

To be registered for the workshop you must answer all the questions on the registration & intake form and sign the disclosures. The training materials will be sent to you electronically a week before the workshop.
