1999 Bluff Park Homes Award – Presented by the Mayor of Saint Paul in recognition of NeDA’s contributions to enhancing the quality of life in the neighborhood.

In 1998, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines established the Community Betterment Award to honor nonprofit organizations demonstrating outstanding leadership and a sustained commitment to community development. Its first-ever award was presented to NeDA that year for Bluff Park Homes in the Total Building Renovation category.
