Neighborhood Development Alliance actively builds and manages real estate development work on the West Side of Saint Paul, with a focus on housing that is affordable. We are licensed with the state of Minnesota as a General Contractor. We have developed both multifamily rental housing units and single family homes, as well as performed rehab work on existing homes.   VILLA DEL SOL   This project, located at 88 Cesar Chavez St, will have 40 units of rental housing and 3,500 finished sq. ft. of community cultural/arts space. We are working with local artists to develop a 5 year operation model for the mixed-use experience. Our goal is to showcase our community's resources in order to allow visitors to experience the vitality and vibrant businesses of the West Side, with a focus on green-friendly design and conservation efforts. NeDA broke ground on this development in the fall of 2016 with an estimated completion date in 2018. Our management company is now accepting applications. 430 SOUTH ROBERT   We are implementing a $3,000,000 capital campaign to construct a commercial building that connects downtown St. Paul with suburbs to the south.  The 1st floor will be held in reserve for a retail establishment. The 2nd floor will host NeDA's new office, along with the West Side Community Organization.  A planned green roof penthouse will be accessible for community workshops on environment, energy, and food production.
