Neighborhood Development Alliance actively builds and manages real estate development work on the West Side of Saint Paul, with a focus on housing that is affordable. We are licensed with the state of Minnesota as a General Contractor. We have developed both multifamily rental housing units and single family homes, as well as performed rehab work on existing homes.

STRYKER SENIOR HOUSING at 617 Stryker Avenue, features 57 units of affordable rental housing for seniors ages 55 and older.  The building has 24 1-bedroom and 43 efficiency apartments. 43 units are restricted to individuals with household incomes at or below 30% area median income, and an additional 14 units are reserved for households making at or below 50% area median income.
